Shipping policy
We are located in Seattle, Washington and ship across the USA and territories using USPS and UPS.
Processing may take up to 2 business days. All items come from a loving home with animals, however we take top priority to keep products sterile and fur free.
Please note:
- Hawathorne’s Wares is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail.
- Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped we will not be able to change the address. You will need to contact the mail carrier.
- Shipping estimates are from time of ship date, not when an order has been placed.
- Business days do not include public/federal holidays or weekends.
-Overseas orders may incur customs fees. Hawthorne’s Wares is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of Hawthorne’s Wares control.
